Return And Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Zandorelle. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

For defective or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
